What is Hatha Yoga?
The base of yoga, Ha and Tha, Yin and Yang. This yoga style is a calm yoga, poses will be hold yor a few breathes or longer. This class is ideal for beginners. Hatha Yoga will be on Monday morning 9:30-10:30
