What is Kids Yoga?
This type of yoga style is designed for kids and the entire family. The classes are based on yoga games, where kids can have fun while increasing their strength, flexibility and coordination.
Kids yoga for kids ages 6 to 10
Although the parents are supposed to stay outside, your kids will be taught to feel safe and self aware. In this day and age kids don’t get enough time off…. time to feel themselves without thinking. In this yoga class we don’t only encourage that, we show them how to do that in day to day life. Kids Yoga will be on Wednesdays 15:00-15:45. Taught in English only.
