What is Slow Flow Yoga?
Slow Flow Yoga allows everyone to move from one pose to another in a gentle rhythm. Learning poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. Slow flow brings the element of time into the practice.
Slow Flow Yoga is taught in English
Slow Flow class will be taught by Meredith and is available for all levels of participants. Time is on mondays from 17.30 to 18.30 for a nice ending of your workday making you feel energized to start your evening.
